this prof who loves sharing his stories tells yet another 1 ---

he was approached by a firm 2help them get 3ppl 2form a marketing team. this team supposed 2go investigate wat strategies 2use 4tat firm's new product in a new market... so its supposed 2b quite a challenging n prestigious job lah...

so prof found e team of 3persons...
1 e thinker: excellent grades, a deep thinker, will analyse deeply...
2 e talker: grades? not impt. but always e 1st 2say out his ideas, v vocal
3 e doer: always e 1st 2roll up his sleeve 2do hands-on -- prof found out thru 1experience...
there was once he conducting lecture. then e overhead projector blacked out (tat time oli have this equip lah). then whole lecture hall hear surprise, helpless cheers... then this guy went down 2help! every1 would have tot e bulb blew out so need technician rite? he actually repaired it lor! then e lecture hall go: sighzzz

haha... well, so this team got 2gether n functioned v well.
e talker always starts talkg 1st... then watever he said, e thinker thinks, then confirm e feasibility of his idea. coz he supposed 2b v wise, so when he talks, every1 listened. then e doer will roll up his sleeve n try out e 'finalised' plan...

so in e end e proj went well, n e guys learnt alot n excelled later...

e doer... got in2 a marketing firm n was v gd at it. after a few yrs, he started his own dot.com company. then he got 1of his v clever frens 2join him 2b e director. so e company excelled n jus b4 e bubble burst, he sold his company 2another firm n earn loads of $$. so prof asked abt e director he got b4 his company was sold off... he said: " he's happily contented 2b on long holiday nw... e $$ is enough 4him 2stay on long holiday 4e rest of his life!!! "

WOW. so tats hw much they earned from tat venture!!! clever rite.

BUT wat prof wanted 2convey was...
every1 has their strengths. 4e thinker, it was analysing. 4e talker, it was breaking e ice n holding e group 2gether. 4e doer, its trying out n making things work.

so prof say if u think u r useless or knw nothing... u jus haven found ur stengths. rmbr every1 has their strengths, so keep finding. it will b discovered pretty soon =)
